We are very excited to share the new site with you. We have detailed some updates to the experience below. If you have any questions or feedback please let us know.

When you log in, you'll now see your order in a handy panel on the right-hand side on desktop computers or at the bottom of your screen on mobile.

Adding or changing your order
It’s now easier than ever to switch between boxes or add extras to your order. We’ve also added lots of new products, and you no longer need to order a box to shop the add-ons. See overleaf for a peek at some of our new range!

Mixed box ratios
We’ve simplified the Mixed Box options by removing the ratio slider. 
You can now choose from three set mix options:

• Balanced
• More Fruit
• More Veg

We’ve pre-selected an option based on your previous preferences, but feel free to update it—switching is quick and easy!

Cut off times
Please log in by 11pm the day before your delivery to edit your delivery or add/remove any extras.
We’ll send you an email reminder ahead of the deadline.

Holidays
During the move, we weren’t able to carry over holiday dates.
If you had time off scheduled, please pop into your account and re-add any upcoming holidays to make sure you don’t receive a box while you’re away.
It only takes a moment, and you’ll find the option right in your account settings. As always, if you need a hand, we’re here to help!
